Now in its fifth year, Choctoberfest is a unique chocolate and beverage festival created in cooperation with Dana Cain Events, producer of the amazingly successful Colorado Chocolate Festival, Winter Park Chocolate Festival, Rocky Mountain Chocolate Festival in Loveland, and the Holiday Chocolate Festival in Colorado Springs.

Food and beverage vendors: provide bite size samples or beverage tastes (1 ounce for spirits, 2 ounces for wine, 3 ounces for beer), collecting from one to four tickets per sample. At the end of the show, you’ll receive $1 for every three tickets you collect, which can easily pay for your booth and more! Of course you can also sell product and keep 100%!

Choctoberfest is a MAJOR sales event, and a GREAT way to advertise your business to thousands of chocolate and beverage lovers just as the holiday gift season gets started. This is one of the biggest sales opportunities of the year for chocolatiers, bakers, pastry chefs, dessert vendors of all kinds, breweries, and gift vendors. The event is HEAVILY promoted, and we anticipate attendance between 3500 and 6000. What we offer you:

You get $1 for every 3 Taste Tickets you collect. (Make back your booth rent with just 450 samples!)

Customers pay $5 admission, just $10 for 11 Taste Tickets; $20 for 21 – at the door or online

Attendees will be encouraged to jumpstart their holiday shopping. We will also be inviting corporate representatives (from law firms, banks, brokerage firms, insurance companies and other bulk holiday gift buyers)

Reach customers from all over metro Denver and including the nearby affluent suburbs (Arvada, Aurora, Boulder, Broomfield, Centennial, Lafayette, Lakewood, Thornton, Westminster, Broomfield, Commerce City, Englewood, Federal Heights, Golden, Greenwood Village, Highlands Ranch (CDP), Ken Caryl, Littleton, Longmont, Marshall, Northglenn, Wheat Ridge, Applewood, Byers, Edgewater, Lakeside, Morrison, Sheridan, Superior,  Longmont, Louisville

A percentage of profits will be donated to a local charity to benefit needy families.

Easy load-in (dock is right outside exhibit area!)

Tear Down Saturday  6:00 8:30 pm. No early teardowns. Lots of free parking

Over 25,000 square feet of exhibit space

Chairs included at no additional charge. BRING LINENS! 6′ or 8′ tables rent for $10. Pay along with your booth rental or separately. Tables must be rented by October 1 or you will have no tables at your booth and we will assume you are bringing your own! This is because we have to pay to rent these tables for you.

Gift Booths (limit 20)

“Gift” booths are for vendors not selling taste tickets for food, libations, beverages, chocolates or other consumable samples. Preference given to chocolate-themed booths. We reserve the right to refuse and refund any gift booth whose product would not be a good fit for Choctoberfest.

Standard booth (10′ x 10′) $295

Double booths (10′ x 20′) available for $555

Booths are 10’x10′ or 10’x20′

Electricity is $25 extra and must be purchased in advance

Each booth includes 2 chairs; 6′ or 8′ tables rent for $10 each

Vendors must supply their own table coverings, and we ask that all table coverings please extend to the floor.

Set-up is Saturday from 6:00 AM – 9:45 AM

Tear down is Saturday 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM NO EARLY PACKING.

Registration is nonrefundable seven days after completion. No refunds will be issued unless the event is canceled.

No free samples of food or drink are permitted, taste tickets must be collected for any sample. Vendors may determine sample sizes, we strongly recommend that you offer at least a reasonable bite-sized sample for one taste ticket. We also recommend that you charge only one ticket for samples of sweets and coffees; savory foods we recommend 1-3 tickets. Beer samples 1 ticket, Other drink tastings 1-2 tickets.

Payment for booth rental signifies agreement to these terms and conditions.

This show will be HEAVILY PROMOTED!
Vendors love Taste Tickets! Customers give you a ticket for each sample. YOU get to decide on your own sample sizes and amounts, based on your unique products. At the end of the show, count your Taste Tickets and turn them into Registraton for cash at the end of the show. We pay $1 for every 3 tickets.
